STARS ON ICE (Oakland, USA)

Hi all,

I just got back from SOI and I am on cloud nine!

It was a great evening filled with so much excitement and I just thought I  was going to explode!

I was so excited to see Elena and Anton, Jamie and David, Kyoko and John  (what a babe) the pairs were fantastic! But when the men did their cute  number with the cowboy hats, wow, the Ice melted! Daria was there and she was  dancing with the ladies in the beginning of the number, then sat down and  enjoyed the show, I thought she was getting so much more mature looking I  almost didn't recognize her! She was wearing a Black and white jogging suit,  and she sat there like a little lady crossing her legs and folding her hands,  she seemed to know when her favorites were coming out to skate because she  would disappear and then reappear and get into the music or number, and It  was so fun to see her there, having fun!

Then to the good part... KATIA! She was absolutely fabulous! She looked more  beautiful than ever, fit and healthy, and happy! She landed all her jumps,  and she was so happy that she was smiling the whole routine because of it! I  have to say that the only downfall was that the number was so short that it  seemed to be over as soon as I calmed down from the excitement, Hehe... She skated beautiful though!

Kurt was great as usual, and even though Todd E. hasn't ever been my  favorite, he just stole my heart tonight! He puts his heart and soul out  there, and works harder than anyone, I thought, he had at least 2 triple  axels, a triple triple combo, and he had more jumps than all of the skaters  put together! (I think) Him and Alexei just rocked!

So to sum it up, Katia was and always will be my favorite, then Alexei and  Todd! Wow, what a night, it truly was "Magical" at the end, I yelled to  Katia, "Katia, you rock" and then me and my friend were waving to the cast,  and Todd and Todd gave us some attention and made us feel very special :) I am a very lucky girl tonight:)
