STARS ON ICE (Hershey, PA)

I went to SOI last evening at Hershey and it was wonderful. It was the first time I have seen Katia skate since she did the Diva's show when she was pregnant with Liza. She looked as beautiful as ever.
I was worried that I had not got good seats due to the fact that I didn't know she was skating at Hershey until Feb. They tuned out to be really good seats. Katia came out right beside us to watch the opening number and talk with Paul's wife and their baby daughter. It was really nice to see her again.
I did take some pictures, but for the 4th year in a row, they didn't turn out. I was using 800 speed film. I just don't understand it. Even the picture of Katia off the ice was terrible. I have taken some sort of good pictures at other shows which Su-jan even had posted on this board. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any pointers? There use to be a place on this board about picture taking. I'll have to find it! :-)
